I have been a customer at Kuper's Automotive since 2012. Since then, I have had numerous vehicles worked on, and they have always taken care of me. As a former Service Adviser, I noticed I wasn't charged for things that I had been charged for elsewhere, the same as the other customers. We are having an intermittent issue with our Equinox, and stabil trak message comes up along with power loss on occasion. Although they were not able to pinpoint the issue at this time, they are willing to work with us to get it resolved eventually. They did not charge us anything at this time. We are very pleased with their service and friendly staff. I will be taking all my vehicle needs to them from now on.

Kuper's did an awesome job on my vehicle. They stood behind their estimate even though the job took longer than they expected and gave me a heads-up on some other issues that were covered under the factory warranty. Kuper's Automotive is the best automotive shop between here and Oregon. The reason I say that is because my vehicle broke down in Grants Pass, Oregon in April. I finally went and got it and brought it home and dropped it off with Harry at Kupers Automotive, and they had it fixed within 24 hours it was a very simple fix. The other guy that I took it to in Grants Pass, Oregon took two and a half months to finally admit that he could not figure out the problem. Sean is the mechanic that diagnosed and fixed my truck in less than 24 hours. God Bless Harry Kuper and his employees. You are the best.
