This past Sunday, halfway through a 1,000 mile journey home from the Oregon coast, our 2011 Odyssey suddenly broke down between Redding and Red Bluff. AAA was going to have us towed back up the 5 to Redding to one of their sponsored shops, but luckily the driver (Lawson from J&L Towing) knew the area and suggested we go to Kuper's. Thank goodness we did! They were able to start work Monday morning and were sensitive to the fact we were stranded hundreds of miles from home, prioritizing our van ahead of existing jobs to get us back on the road again. James, Tanner, Harry, and the whole staff were helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. They did great work at a fair price and exceeded our expectations! There are some desolate stretches along the I-5 and we were fortunate to break down near Red Bluff. If you suffer a similar fate, get yourself towed to Kuper's. And if you're a local, get all your work done at Kuper's; I know I would if I called Red Bluff home.
