I love the dedication to diagnose and repair of my vehicle. I had just sold my Buick and then within hours the Service Engine Soon came on. The buyer questioned me and I offered to bring it in to Kupers. I made the appointment online and took it in early at 6:30. The shop was able to get it right in. The cost has increased but that was expected with prices the way they currently are. Randy called me and told me what was going on. I okayed the work to be done and told the current owner. I brought them with me as the transmission is needing worked on. Randy explained it all and the owners said that they would bring the car there in a couple months. They said the car runs beautifully and they are very happy! They will bring the Buick there for the smog and transmission and further maintenance. I am very happy too! Kupers will be my shop for my new Nissan Juke.
