We are having an intermittent issue with our Equinox, and stabil trak message comes up along with power loss on occasion. Although they were not able to pinpoint the issue at this time, they are willing to work with us to get it resolved eventually. They did not charge us anything at this time. We are very pleased with their service and friendly staff. I will be taking all my vehicle needs to them from now on.

They stood behind their estimate even though the job took longer than they expected and gave me a heads-up on some other issues that were covered under the factory warranty. Kuper's Automotive is the best automotive shop between here and Oregon. The reason I say that is because my vehicle broke down in Grants Pass, Oregon in April. I finally went and got it and brought it home and dropped it off with Harry at Kupers Automotive, and they had it fixed within 24 hours it was a very simple fix. The other guy that I took it to in Grants Pass, Oregon took two and a half months to finally admit that he could not figure out the problem. Sean is the mechanic that diagnosed and fixed my truck in less than 24 hours. God Bless Harry Kuper and his employees. You are the best.

This past Sunday, halfway through a 1,000 mile journey home from the Oregon coast, our 2011 Odyssey suddenly broke down between Redding and Red Bluff. AAA was going to have us towed back up the 5 to Redding to one of their sponsored shops, but luckily the driver (Lawson from J&L Towing) knew the area and suggested we go to Kuper's. Thank goodness we did! They were able to start work Monday morning and were sensitive to the fact we were stranded hundreds of miles from home, prioritizing our van ahead of existing jobs to get us back on the road again. James, Tanner, Harry, and the whole staff were helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. They did great work at a fair price and exceeded our expectations! There are some desolate stretches along the I-5 and we were fortunate to break down near Red Bluff. If you suffer a similar fate, get yourself towed to Kuper's. And if you're a local, get all your work done at Kuper's; I know I would if I called Red Bluff home.

If it wasn’t for these gentlemen I would have a bunch of broken stuff on my cars and drive around in something super run down. Instead, I have an older vehicle in great condition. I don’t want to buy a new car because I don’t want to deal with the payments, and thankfully I haven’t had too many major mechanical issues. They fixed the doors on my 06 Kia Sedona and the power steering pump on my diesel Ford f250. And they parked the truck behind the gate, which is great because I forgot to lock the toolbox and nothing went missing.

I dropped off my 7.3 Ford OBS pickup for work on the fuel system and glow plugs. Truck starts/runs great, and we are very happy with the work they did.
